Did you just pressed Ctrl+P and now you can’t get rid of the print lines?

Today’s post will be a short trick to solve this annoying problem.

It is just an option but I remember I had to search high and low to find out where to turn off this stupid option.
When you go file print, then you change your mind those annoying lines will appear in your worksheet.

Page layout lines after Ctrl+P

Here is how you can remove it.

Time needed: 1 minute.

  1. Click on File

  2. Click Options

  3. Go to Advanced

  4. Go to – “Display options for this worksheet”

  5. Disable “Show page breaks”

  6. Press OK button

And this is how you get rid of those annoying excel print preview or page layout lines from the excel options panel.
Many times when I was new to excel I turned this on by accident and I was completely baffled that I couldn’t turn them off.
